The fine print, in plain English
Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms cover your use of sagebridgefc.com and your purchase of the Know Your Sheet course. Bookkeeping, tax, and consulting engagements are governed by a separate written engagement agreement; if that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.
Not professional advice
The content on this site, the blog, and the Know Your Sheet course are educational. They’re meant to help you understand your numbers, not to serve as tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice for your specific situation. Professional advice happens inside a client engagement, where we actually know your books. Don’t make major financial decisions based on general content alone.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, read, and reach out. Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to break it, no reposting our content or course materials as your own.
The Know Your Sheet course
Your $97 purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license with lifetime access to the course materials for your own business education. Don’t share your login or redistribute the materials. If it’s not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We may update or improve course content over time; lifetime access includes those updates.
Consultations
The free consultation is a real conversation, not a contract. Neither of us is committed to anything until we both sign an engagement agreement.
Ownership
Everything on this site and in the course — text, design, videos, worksheets — belongs to Sagebridge Financial Consulting. Testimonials and reviews belong to the people who wrote them and are shared with permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the course (lost profits, lost data, business interruption), and our total liability for any claim related to the site or course is capped at the amount you paid us for it. Client engagements carry their own terms. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when they last changed. Questions: Shanna@SagebridgeFC.com.
