With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Shanna has dedicated her career to empowering small business owners and entrepreneurs by providing expert financial guidance and support.
As the Founder and CEO of Sagebridge Financial Consulting, Shanna brings a rare blend of financial expertise and genuine care to her clients’ financial journeys. Having witnessed the financial challenges that many small businesses face, Shanna is on a mission to make financial management accessible, understandable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
She believes that it’s not just about numbers; it’s about helping her clients achieve their business dreams and financial goals.
In her spare time, Shanna enjoys staying active with her dog, Abu the Chihuahua. She enjoys reading, theatre, and supporting local women in business initiatives.

With over 10 years of HR leadership experience, Rachel is a seasoned HR expert known for her expertise in compliance, departmental creation, and comprehensive human resources management. Throughout her career, she has led HR functions across various industries, driving operational excellence and building robust, high-performing HR departments from the ground up.
A published expert and thought leader in the HR space, Rachel has spoken at many webinars, events and podcasts. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with fellow HR professionals, providing actionable insights, best practices, and innovative strategies for overcoming common challenges.
Rachel gives back to her community by leading the local Young Entrepreneurs Academy, working with Mission Math Minds, and being involved in her son’s school as well as sitting on her town’s Economic Development Committee.

Milan Adamovic is a creative and driven marketing professional who brings new perspective and energy to his role as Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. With a degree in marketing and sports management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where he was a four-year basketball player, Milan combines teamwork, discipline, and adaptability with a passion for digital engagement.
He is dedicated to helping brands connect authentically with their audiences and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments where ideas and strategy come together to make an impact.
Outside of work, Milan enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
