Shanna Martin

Founder & Principal Consultant

Shanna Martin is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Sagebridge Financial Consulting, where she helps small business owners turn financial chaos into clarity, confidence, and control. With over twenty years of experience in the financial industry, she brings deep technical expertise paired with a rare ability to translate complex numbers into insight; so clients don’t just receive financial reports, they actually understand them.

Sagebridge was built on Shanna’s belief that good financial management isn’t about shame, gatekeeping, or drowning in spreadsheets. It’s about empowerment. She specializes in working with entrepreneurs who are exceptional at their craft but overwhelmed by the financial side of running a business, meeting them exactly where they are and guiding them forward with precision, patience, and a well-placed dose of wit.

Her approach is equal parts strategist and steady hand: clean books, clear answers, and the confidence to make informed decisions without second-guessing every move. Under her leadership, Sagebridge is more than a bookkeeping or accounting firm…it’s a trusted partner in long-term business growth.

At its core, Sagebridge Financial Consulting exists to prove one thing: when you understand your numbers, you stop reacting—and start leading.

Outside of work, Shanna can usually be found buried in a book or at the theatre, consuming stories in every form she can get her hands on. She’s also writing her debut novel, that is of course when she’s not answering to the true CEO of her household, her chihuahua, Abu, who runs a decidedly tight ship.


Milan Adamovic

Social Media Coordinator

Milan Adamovic is a creative, driven marketing professional who brings clarity, momentum, and fresh perspective to his role as Social Media Coordinator. With a degree in Marketing and Sports Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and a background as a four-year collegiate basketball player, Milan pairs discipline, adaptability, and teamwork with a sharp instinct for digital engagement.

Beyond content creation, Milan plays a key support role in the executive functions of the company, helping translate big-picture ideas into consistent, actionable strategy. He works closely alongside leadership to keep initiatives moving forward, systems organized, and the brand’s voice aligned across platforms, making him as integral behind the scenes as he is front-facing online.

Milan thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is deeply committed to helping brands connect authentically with their audiences in ways that feel both intentional and human. Outside of work, Milan enjoys golfing, playing basketball in a club setting, and staying active, bringing the same energy to his downtime that he brings to the workday.


Edye Friedman

Design Consultant

Edye Friedman is a graphic design consultant and executive administrative powerhouse, known for her sharp eye for detail and her ability to bring order to even the most complex ideas. With a rare blend of creative intuition and operational precision, she helps translate vision into polished, functional, and beautifully executed results.

Behind the scenes, Edye is the steady force who brings structure to ideas, clarity to workflows, and refinement to the details that make everything work better, and look better. Her calm, methodical approach ensures projects stay aligned, deadlines stay intact, and nothing important slips through the cracks.

Outside of work, Edye is happily married and a devoted mom to her teenage son, Zach, bringing the same steady patience and grounded perspective to home life that she brings to every project. She’s also a self-proclaimed consumptive reader, meaning books don’t get read so much as devoured, analyzed, and occasionally judged for not moving fast enough.


Johan Gamboa, EA

Enrolled Agent | Certified Tax Coach

With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and tax strategy, Johan Gamboa brings deep expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance for small and midsized businesses across a wide range of industries. As an Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Coach, he helps clients navigate complex tax regulations with clarity, accuracy, and confidence—so there are no surprises, only smart decisions.

When he’s not untangling tax codes and optimizing outcomes, Johan is busy keeping up with his three boys—who ensure life stays just as complex, fast-moving, and occasionally unpredictable as the tax code itself.


Gayle Green

Operations Manager

With over 35 years of operational and office management experience, Gayle Green is the backbone of Sagebridge Financial Consulting’s day-to-day operations. She spent 25 years as an Operations Manager with the same company, preceded by more than a decade supporting office operations and administrative leadership, bringing a rare depth of consistency, institutional knowledge, and calm competence to everything she touches.

Gayle specializes in accounting department operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, billing workflows, process optimization, and keeping complex systems running smoothly behind the scenes. She has a sharp eye for detail, a deep respect for structure, and a no-nonsense approach that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

When she’s not keeping Sagebridge running like a well-oiled machine, Gayle can usually be found enjoying her favorite true-crime shows (self-described as “murder porn”) or walking Abu, the firm’s unofficial mascot and eight pounds of pure chihuahua attitude.


rachel jacobsen

Executive Administrative Support

Rachel Jacobsen provides executive administrative support, helping keep day-to-day operations organized and moving smoothly. With a background in operational and administrative work, she supports leadership through scheduling, coordination, documentation, and general behind-the-scenes logistics.

In her role, Rachel focuses on keeping details in order, following through on tasks, and helping maintain structure as priorities shift. She’s a steady extra set of hands when things get busy and an added layer of organization when needed.

Outside of work, Rachel’s time is largely managed by her two Great Danes, her Husky, and her Shepherd—who ensure life remains energetic, loud, and anything but dull.


Tracey Lepore

Investment Advisor

Tracey Lepore is a Registered Investment Advisor with Cetera Investors, bringing a thoughtful, research-driven approach to financial planning and long-term wealth strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and began her professional career in medical research at the University of Chicago Hospital, where precision, analysis, and evidence-based decision-making were foundational.

After transitioning into the financial services industry, Tracey found her true passion in helping clients clarify their goals and build comprehensive financial plans that support them through every stage of life. She leverages a broad range of resources to deliver tailored strategies, with services spanning general and advanced investing, retirement planning, and strategic distribution planning.

Outside of her professional work, Tracey is a devoted mom to a 3.5-year-old and a 7-year-old doodle…both of whom ensure her life is just as dynamic, unpredictable, and fast-moving as the markets she navigates.
